Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within two weeks of receiving your item, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law: “The consumer has the right to replace or return any product for a full refund without reason within 14 days.”

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@valantino.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items We have a 30-day return policy for faulty items, per the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law: “The consumer has a right to return any faulty product for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.”

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Turbans

Exchange Policy The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

Return Options

1. In-Store Returns (Free of Charge)

  • You can return items for free at any Valantino store.
  • In-store returns are available for both online and in-store purchases.
  • Simply present the items and your purchase receipt.
  • Use our Store Finder to locate your nearest Valantino store.

2. Home Collection (Paid Service)

  • We offer a home collection return service for online purchases.
  • The cost of the return request will be deducted from your refund.
  • Request a return via the Returns section in your account.
  • A courier will collect the package within 24-48 hours.
  • No need to print a return label; the courier will provide one.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Refunds for Online Purchases

  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the home collection service was used, return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns During Sales Periods

  • Products purchased at a discount can only be replaced or returned during the sale period.
